Con la sentenza n. 906/2025, il Tar Puglia (sede di Bari) affronta il tema delle concessioni demaniali marittime, in particolare, a favore delle associazioni sportive dilettantistiche (ASD) all’interno delle procedure di assegnazione. Un chiarimento interessante non solo per l’operato degli enti locali, ma anche per gli interessi di tutte le realtà associative che operano sul demanio con finalità sociali e senza scopo di lucro.

With judgment no. 906/2025, the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) of Puglia, sitting in Bari, addresses the issue of maritime State property concessions, with particular regard to the involvement of amateur sports associations (ASDs) within the framework of allocation procedures. This decision provides a noteworthy clarification not only for the conduct of local authorities but also for the interests of all non-profit and socially oriented associations operating on State-owned maritime land.
