Abstract
Il presente approfondimento si pone l’obiettivo di analizzare l’evoluzione della figura dell’agente sportivo, con particolare riferimento al mondo del calcio, e delle relative normative, nazionali ed internazionali, sino alle vigenti. Nello specifico, ci si soffermerà sui vari interventi attuati dal legislatore statale e sportivo in materia, a partire dalla legge 27 dicembre 2017, n. 205 sino al d.lgs., 28 febbraio 2021, n. 37, i quali hanno introdotto una disciplina ex novo per l’agente sportivo. Allo stesso modo, si analizzerà quanto accaduto sul piano internazionale, evidenziando le recenti novità introdotte dalla FIFA nel gennaio 2023.
Abstract
The study aims to analyze the evolution of the figure of the sports agent, with particular reference to the world of football, and the related national and international regulations, up to the current ones. Specifically, we will focus on the various measures implemented by the state and sports legislature in this domain, starting with the Law of 27 December 2017, n. 205 up to Legislative Decree, 28 February 2021, n. 37, which introduced a new discipline for the sports agent. Similarly, what happened on an international level will be analysed, highlighting the recent innovations introduced by FIFA in January 2023.
